Aerial hoop has many benefits:
– You will learn to activate your core and build the strength you will need to get up on the hoop
– The course teaches you poses under the hoop with a big strength component for your upper body, abs and the rest of your body
– You will develop aerial sequences, moving towards holding yourself on this amazing apparatus.
– Aerial hoop improves flexibility, mobility and strength!
What to wear: It is more comfortable to have skin covered so we suggest leggings, tights and t-shirts that you are able to move freely in.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to these classes as we want to promote this form of fitness that dates back centuries.

Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
This classes is for intermediate and beginners students who are still working on getting comfortable with aerial equipment. This classes are for gaining familiarity and comfort with aerial equipment, and learning how your body works in space. The class is include conditioning, technique and tricks.
Every Wednesday beginners/intermediate at 8pm, Thursday beginners at 8pm and Saturday beginners/intermediate at 10.30am in Hammersmith,
