Pole Dancing is another fun way for ladies to enjoy exercising! Pole dancing is a sport that combines many different forms of exercise from dance to gymnastics, acrobatics to strength training! Whatever your age, size, shape or ability – let us help you achieve your fitness goals! Pole Fitness allows you to:

For beginners: participants do not need to be fit already, there is something for everyone in our course. We will have you climbing, spinning and inventing your way to a better body in no time!
What to wear: we recommend gym shorts and sports tops as you will need to use your arms and legs for grip on the pole, be sure not to put on any moisturiser beforehand as this lessens your grip.
Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
